• Defined and documented the release management and technical practices for the Technology Office (CTO)

• Studied the full lifecycle of software engineering projects and aligned best practices with industry standards

• Drove the adoption of the methodology and CI\CD tools across delivery projects

• Defined and measured KPIs for the best practice and worked on improvement plans with low-performing projects

• Acted as a PO to the technical team who built the mechanism to measure accounts based on the KPIs

• Promoted and instilled a culture of continuous improvement and efficiency to the software/business processes through innovative tools and techniques

• Managed multiple interfaces (internal and external) and ensured adoption and implementation of best practices and tools

• Designed & delivered enhancements pivotal to the entire product experience consistently.

• Defined best practices for the team and ensured compliance with effective code reviews.

• Collaborated with multiple stakeholders to provide a seamless customer experience. Nominated for the "Collaborator" award in 2021.

• Delivered key cloud execution functionality for Physics simulations on time. Received the "Genius" award in 2020 for this effort.

• Advocated the use of agile methodologies and help set up key tools like JIRA and Jenkins and related automation.

• Conceptualized and developed an internal tool to perform UX heuristic analysis of user interface. Improved UX deliveries by a great margin.

• Mentored and coached multiple individuals for the team and the organization

• Successfully led a team of 6-9 people in an interim capacity during the pandemic.

• Effectively communicated team performance, development plans, and PoCs to management in monthly scrum meetings.
