We believe software is a living organism. It grows, changes, and needs care for its entire lifetime, not just until launch day.Yet we live in an era of rapid building and even faster shipping. Most of the value of software comes from what is already up and running, and that part of the lifecycle is still shrouded in mystery for many teams. Keeping software healthy after release demands deep domain expertise, eats engineering time, and is too often treated as an afterthought.Serum gives builders an agentic platform that takes care of software long after it ships. Monitoring, observability, testing, security, incident response, documentation: everything a living software ecosystem needs to stay healthy, all of it grounded in the full context of how your systems actually work and evolve. The result is software that is easier to operate, easier to maintain, and cheaper to run. Issues are caught early and healed automatically. Systems adapt as fast as your team ships. And your engineers get back to building instead of firefighting.
