cofounded an event mgmt company & launched cosq. one of odisha’s biggest cosplay & gaming fests, bringing together cosplayers, gamers & anime fans for lan battles, cosplay contests, art workshops, live music, arcade zones, vtubing & more. led marketing, finances, sponsorships & partnerships, including india’s first vtuber (end-to-end) and a jio cinema + hotstar collab for the first live streaming of an event.

research & dev intern + hackathon lead at e-cell. brought in $100k+ in-kind & cash sponsorships (wolfram alpha, echo3d, etc.), secured tech internships, built a secure jupyter-based server setup for parallel hacks, managed a 20-member team, handled marketing, reels, content direction, and ran mentorships & PR for the esummit.

led a 35-member team on 5 projects tackling period stigma & poverty, wrote research-based articles, ran awareness drives, did social media & local fundraising. set up cmsper to spark interdisciplinary research & policy work. created a curriculum & managed teams across odisha (cuttack, bhubaneswar, rourkela).

Ran anime/J-culture club events (online & IRL): handled ops, finances, and made all the weeb graphics. Kept it fun, organised, and always on budget!
