Founded AICAN Automate to develop automation and IoT products during the COVID period.

Developed a long-distance IoT-based temperature scanning system capable of detecting body temperature without close contact.
The product was deployed across organizations, sold over 200 units, and licensed to a manufacturer.
The innovation received the National Innovation Award.

During this period we also built:

During the COVID pandemic, volunteered manufacturing capacity to produce 5000+ protective face shields for doctors, police officers, and frontline workers.

Working on product architecture, automation integration, and software systems for regulated pharmaceutical environments.

Co-Lead the team DJ_Synergy in Smart India Hackathon and secured the winning position.

Developed an innovative SOS emergency device capable of functioning in life-threatening environments without dependency on cellular networks, WiFi, or Bluetooth.

The system used independent communication methods and sensor-based navigation to assist users in remote or disaster situations.

I was an intern in electronics hardware and machine learning division , Worked on health-related as well as ATM security projects. I had hand-on experience on the latest processors for machine learning and Artificial intelligence such as jetson nano and projects on the banana pi and raspberry pi. Research and development of new computer vision and neural network models to meet the requirements of ongoing projects.

Worked within the family-run edible oil packaging business, gaining early exposure to the operational realities of Indian MSMEs.

During this period, I closely observed the end-to-end functioning of small manufacturing businesses in tier-2 cities — including procurement, packaging workflows, distribution, and vendor coordination.

This experience provided first-hand insight into the inefficiencies and operational challenges faced by Indian SMEs, which later became a major influence in my work building technology systems for manufacturing companies.

Operations Manager

Built an early-stage e-commerce comparison platform aggregating products across multiple online shopping marketplaces.

The platform helped users compare prices across different platforms and discover the best deals. Revenue was generated through affiliate marketing partnerships.

This venture provided hands-on experience in product development, traffic acquisition, digital monetization models, and early startup experimentation.

Texas Instruments Innovation Challenge

Led the development of an AI-based autonomous drone for structural crack detection in large buildings and infrastructure.
The drone used computer vision models to detect structural defects, enabling automated inspection of large structures.
Selected as a semi-finalist in the Texas Instruments Innovation Challenge and awarded advanced TI development boards for further product development.

• Setup of a 30,000 sq ft factory
• Development of a 70+ vendor manufacturing network
• Implementation of production workflows using Optiwise ERP
• Managing manufacturing of 250-BOM products

Scaled production capacity from ~20 units/day to over 340 units/day.
