Revamped UX for Astrotalk | UX Case StudyOur team’s journey with the Astrotalk Case study began as a capstone project at <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" class="text-green-text rich-link break-all link-break" href="https://www.thedesignclan.com/">Design Clan</a>. The app’s interface, although functional, lacked the depth and engagement needed to keep users returning regularly. This gap became the focal point of the case study, aiming to uncover the underlying issues through thorough UX research and analysis.<h3 class="rich-heading">Our Objective</h3>We have worked on this project in 2 Phases -Revamped the experience to reduce usability issues. -Evaluate the Astrologer’s session booking flow of Astrotalk to reduce the drop-off rate.
