MNF is a brand that manufactures chips, sauces, and snacks in India. My key responsibilities were Branding, Advertising, Purchase, Production, Inventory, Sales, Employee Training & Management, Basic Accounting and Quality Control. ● Designed more than 30 products' packaging, logos, stationery, business cards, posters, and website. ● Implemented production planning, managed timely purchase and inventory management, and designed worker shifts to reduce power consumption and increase production rate of– chips by 400%, Snacks by 300%, Sauces by 185% over the course of 6 months. ● Designed factory layout, daily production, attendance, and recipe sheets, among other things to streamline production and cut down on worker fatigue and production time ● Trained staff members and gave them feedback, praise, and encouragement as required. ● Product shelf life has been increased from 10 days to 4 months.
