This team improved the quality of global information by integrating design experiences across Unilever’s regions. • Managed key Global Information Projects which involved the interaction with a large and senior community of stakeholders in different functions and countries. • Re-designed the company’s information processes to classify products and brands portfolios globally. • Designed the first Organization Information Standard for Unilever, based on the company’s programme to unify its Foods and Home & Personal Care business divisions.

Regional IT • Managed the software design and development activities for the first Regional Data Warehouse in Unilever Latin America (across 34 companies in 19 countries). • Managed a team of 20 people, including information designers, business analysts and software developers. Designed this organization to be scalable and flexible to support the variable project demands. • Coordinated the software development for more than 10 parallel projects (in Sales, HR, Supply Chain and Finance) in different countries.
