This project is a replica of industrial wrapping machines used to wrap steel pipes after manufacturing.

Automated Wrapping Machine

Defining strategic product and business metrics with stakeholders and implementing management dashboard (cohort and daily snapshot) with Google Studio  and user-level product analytics with Amplitude. Project done in 1-month / 4 days work in total.

lazyDeal aggregates all restaurant deals in major Canadian metropolises (incl. Toronto, Montreal, and Vancouver). 

- Managed the project by leading a team consisted of an in-house developer and a remote designer. 
- Responsible for user experience, interface usability, and troubleshooting.

lazymeal connects users to local restaurants and caterers by providing convenient super-fast online ordering and payment.

- Lead graphic and user interface designer and creative director of the project
- Mediator of brainstorming sessions using design thinking methods
