● Gave akamai partners the ability to promote themselves on the akamai.com site by giving them an interface to manage their profile highlights and integrating that with the akamai.com site. They could submit their profiles in multiple languages thereby targeting regions more precisely and communicate with a wider audience thus increasing traffic.
● Streamlined the end to end process for requesting network capacity for high volume events like IPL and automated creation of network change requests
● Implemented a logging framework which gave the developers an easy to use API for logging exceptions and thereby increased the observability of the system and helped catch bugs
