● Currently crafting Design System for World's Largest Internet Restaurant Company.
● Leading the customer-centric and data-driven experiences for millions of users interacting with multiple products across the globe. 
● Designing end to end Customer Experience (CX) for multiple digital touch points.

● Design Evangelist, defining Design Language for seamless user journey across various products. 
● Running A/B Testing process for products having a User base of a few millions. 
● Crafting performance-based products for multiple digital platforms.

● Getting an opportunity to design products for esteemed organizations such as HDFC Securities, Mahindra Finance...,  I was able to design 3 products successfully within a year, having 500+ mobile and 200+ web screens.

● Right from getting started with a good Competitive Analysis and conducting a low-cost Guerrilla Research to delivering the Live product, the learning curve has been exponentially high. 

Products designed were:

01. Smartcovr Insurance:
● Online insurance selling platform, eradicating the need for a web aggregator. 

02. Mahindra Finance App:
● Mutual funds app
● Having other features such as loans, smart deposits, and finance management. 

03. Agent app for Insurance selling:
● Reducing the paper works, making the process digital for RM agents in order to sell insurance personally.
● Includes features such as online policy quote generation based on user onboarding
● A quick and easy dashboard for sale overview and customer relationship management.

Being a designer in a service-based company, my major responsibility was to carry out User Research in the right direction for multiple products.

● Get Usability tests done right for products reaching prototype phase. 
● Make sure the solution is purely based on a user-centered approach. 
● Also working on product wireframes, mock-ups, and guidelines for right brand communications.

Making the most of the first Internship, designed and implemented a worker login system with the help of the intern developer. 

The problem statement given was that the workers can login in and get out for a day or two for work and still be able to stay logged in and log out once they're back from official work.

The existing login system would only log a pre-defined shift, where new designed system could take and manage any duration of shift be a it 24, 36 or 48 hours, efficiently.
