At Teconce, I work as a Full-Stack Web Developer and Technical Lead, where I am responsible for developing, managing, and delivering web-based products and custom solutions for clients.
My role involves translating business requirements into practical technical solutions, developing and customizing WordPress websites, themes, and plugins, as well as working with modern web technologies and frameworks. I also handle troubleshooting, performance optimization, security improvements, third-party integrations, and ongoing maintenance.
Beyond development, I contribute to project planning, technical decision-making, client communication, task management, and quality assurance. I work closely with the team to ensure projects are delivered on time, maintainable, secure, and aligned with client requirements.
