remote photoplethysmography (rPPG).
• Developed a meta-learning routing mechanism that utilizes six fundamental metrics—photon density, noise floor, skin tone, texture
sharpness, motion magnitude, and spectral concentration—to select the optimal estimator.
• Achieved State-of-the-Art performance with a Global-Mix MAE of 2.45 BPM, significantly reducing catastrophic failures through
mixture-of-experts based selection.
