During my tenure we were able to recruit over 20000 volunteers across Dhaka Division and launch over 30 social projects that directly impacted over a million marginalized communities.

* Assist Uber to set up operations and launch UberX in Dhaka.
* Working with the Driver Operations team to streamline procedures in order to increase efficiency including relaying feedback and collecting data. 
* Providing excellent in-person support to Uber partners regarding existing products and new product launches. 
* Responsible for walking new partners through the on-boarding process and providing them with the necessary tools required to succeed as an Uber partner. 
* Assisting partners by utilizing internal management tools to communicate, manage and resolve all issues.

Onboard over 10,000 driver partners for Ubers flagship product UberX and achieved 25,000 trips/day in one month after launch.
