I build the product end to end — the session engine that tracks focus and drift in real time, the market simulation that turns attention into a live price chart, and the UI that makes staying on task feel like watching your portfolio grow.
The fun challenges here: modeling attention as a market (pricing, streaks, volatility), keeping real-time updates smooth and lightweight, and designing game mechanics that nudge behavior without feeling punishing.
Biggest learning: shipping a consumer product solo/small-team means owning everything — from architecture decisions to microcopy — and that playful framing can make a "boring" utility (a timer) genuinely engaging.
