 Built DocuChat RAG feature for the SeaBuddy maritime app using Cloudflare Workers, AutoRAG, and Hono, enabling about 2,000 users to query company SMS documents via a streaming AI chat interface.

Implemented multitenant document isolation with Cloudflare R2 and KV, processing PDFs asynchronously via Cloudflare Queues and exposing real-time answers through SSE streaming endpoints.

Designed a coin-based gamification system incentivizing user engagement by rewarding posts, events, and community activity, driving measurable increases in daily active usage on both mobile platforms.

Overhauled core UI/UX of the React Native / Expo mobile app, modernizing key screens and improving overall design consistency for a more polished and contemporary user experience.

Maintained and scaled Node.js backend hosted on Railway, supporting 1,000–2,000 registered users with approx. 500 daily active users with high availability.
