The remote work environment has created the urge to overhaul the recruitment process as well as the way we work. Thus far, we never seen a drift in the hiring process but we were adapted to the current remote world. Considering the new norm, we came across the problem that many non-developers are experiencing. Developing a personalized website to showcase's talent isn't a big deal for a developer who is familiar with web technologies. On the flip side for a business professional it is new challenge, we took the challenge to find a new solution by creating our exclusive product Profilez to meet the needs of every sort of working professionals. Making it simple to create portfolio in less than a minute and by featuring our peers we believe that our product will help anyone to have a customised portfolio.
