Building BatchKnow, a free cosmetic batch code checker for the web and iPhone.

James Han • Peerlist

BatchKnow is a free batch code checker for cosmetics, skincare and perfume. Choose a brand and type the code on the packaging, or use the iPhone or Android app to scan it with your camera or select a photo. You can review and edit the detected code before checking.Depending on the brand and code, BatchKnow shows a manufacturing date, an expiry date, or both. When a code can indicate more than one year, it shows the possible dates. Results are estimates; follow printed expiry dates and period-after-opening guidance on the packaging. No account is needed to use the checker.Android app on Google Play: <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow ugc" class="break-all link-break text-gray-500 hover:underline" href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.batchknow.checker">https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.batchknow.checker</a>
