Achievements: 2 clients attained full employment, adjusted to their jobs, found clearer career path and became motivated to take actions to handle family issues; a volunteer publishing group was developed with 8 clients who performed interviews, published online and printed articles, and continued to the establish group after the placement worker completed his placement; a career fair and individual job referrals were organized for 30 clients; 14 new employers were successfully invited to provide job referrals; the Labor Department was also invited to offer mock interviews, employment workshops and services for clients; long-term collaborations were set up between the agency and collaborators.
