Responsibilities include : • Match Exchange Participants (EPs) to the country of their choice and communicate with the other local communities(LC) about their various projects. • Customer Support. • Plan and execute Lead Generation Strategies. • Set clear expectations, provide cultural preparation, and facilitate learning spaces before and during experiences. • Developed and overlooked the process of building healthy collaborations and establishing mutually beneficiary relationships with all the LCs in foreign countries.

Responsible for : • Understanding Monetary exchanges between Organizations. • Product Strategy Creation and execution. • Market Research and Analysis. • Brand Positioning. • Customer Personas Definition. • Marketing Plan & Execution & Analysis. • Experience and Post Experience Strategy with operations.

Responsibilities include : • Logistics Support for the Exchange Participants(EP). • International Relations strategy. • Local Customer Persona creation. • Alignining the projects with SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals).
