I generated creative, immersive, low-cost experiential marketing ideas for a marketing / PR agency to pitch to a prominent furniture retailer. All my ideas were pitched and one was produced at a Vancouver Giants professional hockey game in January 2015, giving the brand exposure to ~10,000 attendees and media coverage (print, online, TV) worth up to $350,000.

* I administered 75-150 customer intercept surveys per day in various fast-food (and other) franchises across the United States.
* Often with no incentive offered to the customer, this involved assertively yet good-naturedly persuading reluctant customers of diverse ethnic and socio-economic groups to participate, then making the experience quick, painless, and even enjoyable.
* I also diplomatically managed the various stakeholders (ownership, management, employees, customers) whose interests were often in conflict.
* With the results of these surveys directly influencing future revenue for some stakeholders, I had to thwart attempts at gaming the system, fiercely guarding the integrity of the data.
