Executive Management System is a web-based management system. Employees enter data related to their qualifications and accomplishments into the EMS tool, and can also submit their EMS data to prospective hiring managers for consideration for open positions. Managers enters data about employee accomplishments, career goals, strengths and development needs into the EMS, and may then review this EMS input with the employee. GE Managers and GE HR representatives use the EMS to create employee and organization development plans and to assess talent as part of the annual organzational staffing planning process. The GE core HR system receives the data from the EMS for purposes of maintaining a complete, accurate employee record.

Executive Management System

Displays an employee's basic details (like name, father's name, mother's name, dob, gender, caste, qualifications, dependents etc), office details (like employee id, basic salary, grade, category, department, section, years of service, retirement date), leave status, leave claim status for the year, pf balance details, TA claim status. 
The admin can view for any of the employee. An individual employee can view only his/her details in a single dashboard page.
