Led a project office of the business units. Aims of the project office were two-fold:

- decomposition of projects into smaller work items for the team, monitoring deadlines and results
- prioritization of tasks for adjacent departments in order to deliver on our own projects
- bi-monthly report on most critical seller issues that business unit is facing
- preparing and presenting reports, results to the higher management

Key results:
- initiated a new approach for managing seller support cases (~$16M savings per year due to decrease in lost sales) due to prioritization of more impactful cases first

BU Product Manager

End-to-end product development of multiple internal (backoffice) applications.

Key product KPIs:
1. Operational efficiency of internal processes -> driving down the time-to-completion and resource requirements
2. Regulatory compliance -> helping Revolut stay compliant with global regulations

Product Owner

Led mobile app personalization team and built new app features to improve conversion rates and customer satisfaction for a mobile app with +30M MAU

Key results:
 - implemented new recommendation engine - achieved 2x growth in product sales (YoY) in a section of the mobile app
 - built advanced customer profile database (built from the ground up to XX m users) - increased the reach (+50%) and conversion rate (+10-20%) of marketing campaigns
