At GOGO Protocol, my primary focus was redesigning the existing (v1) website to enhance the user experience, especially for both web2 and web3 users. Collaborating closely with Product Manager Michael Lwin, we aimed to create a seamless experience for traditional investors (web2 users) entering the web3 space. Our goal was to make crypto savings intuitive and accessible under the "One-click Crypto Savings" initiative.

We developed features such as one-click wallet creation, deposits, withdrawals, buy/sell functionality, and vault creation. I focused on creating tutorials and user-friendly interfaces that demystified complex web3 actions, making the platform approachable for users with varying levels of blockchain experience.

Throughout the project, I applied Design Thinking methodologies:

Empathize: Created detailed user personas and empathy maps to understand diverse user needs. Mapped user journeys to identify the best onboarding pipeline.

Product Designer

LSDB (Live Streamer Database) makes it easy for users to find publishers of their own genre with its streamer and influencer database. I provided UI/UX design services for Web Player, Landing Page and Mobile Application at LSDB.

UI/UX Designer

From 2011 to May 2022, I provided more than 3500 design services to more than 650 companies/persons in Turkey, EU, UK and US, first as a freelance and then as a company. I know it sounds weird, but I have provide in every field for a long time since I have not determined any design field. I spent a lot of time improving myself in every field. After choosing the UI/UX designer path, it made more sense for me to become professional in this field, but we cannot go back to the past for wishful thinking.

In general, I did Web and Mobile UI/UX designs, logo & branding designs, animation (gif) and video designs, printed designs (business cards, magazines, catalogues, brochures, car wraps and similar), social media management (design perspective).

I mostly designed in the fields of Finance, Blockchain, B2B/B2C/C2C, SaaS, Shopping, Blog/News.

Firstly I found customers from B2B marketplaces (Fiverr, Upwork, Freelancer, R10, Bionluk and similar) and then I continued to find customers from B2B

During my time at KEOM, the platform experienced significant growth:

I joined KEOM Protocol to revitalize their design, starting with a complete overhaul of the existing user interface. Utilizing Figma, I built and maintained a massive design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across the platform. I actively gathered user feedback via Typeform and conducted one-on-one interviews through Google Meet to better understand user needs. Regular A/B tests in our Discord community allowed me to collect feedback and iterate on designs quickly.
