Worked on early-stage partnership development between CSC and My Extra, a company that builds state-of-the-art cyber classrooms in schools. Focused on aligning the strategic interests of both organizations, exploring potential collaboration formats, and identifying opportunities to integrate CSC’s educational mission with My Extra’s infrastructure initiatives.
Contributed to defining cooperation objectives, evaluating mutual benefits, and preparing the foundation for future joint projects related to IT education, student engagement, and technology-driven learning environments.

Worked as a freelance web designer on Kwork, delivering design solutions for small businesses and personal brands. Designed landing pages, website layouts, and product cards with a focus on usability, clarity, and business goals.

Collaborated directly with clients, clarified requirements, created prototypes, iterated on feedback, and delivered final design assets optimized for real-world implementation. Gained hands-on experience in managing full design workflows — from brief to final delivery — while maintaining deadlines, communication, and quality standards.

I started this project because of a personal frustration.
For years, I was trying to find a place in Astana where a high-school student could learn modern IT skills and grow at a level the real world actually expects.

There is Astana Hub — an amazing ecosystem — but most of its programs are inaccessible due to age limitations. It created an odd situation: a world where AI and startups transform everything, yet students remain on the outside, unable to participate.

At the same time, I realized that school wasn’t preparing us for the future at all. This became especially clear in computer science classes: outdated textbooks, old curricula, no real practice. I understood that if I relied only on this system, I wouldn’t get far.

So I started small: I opened an IT club at my school and began teaching what I knew — web development basics, HTML, small projects. But it quickly became obvious that this wasn’t enough. There are many similar clubs, but very few places where students can truly
