This Internship was generally focused on redesigning marketing website interfaces and improving usability and user engagement. Designing and enhancing layouts for pre-existing company websites, aligning with brand guidelines and user needs to deliver cohesive and visually appealing experiences, Collaborating closely with clients to seamlessly converge their company strategy with creative design concepts. Overall, it was an incredible experience that fostered both personal growth and professional development.

During this 10-week collaboration with Helping Mamas, I worked as a Product Designer focused on improving the organization’s donation experience and engagement. My work included creating the visual design and copy for a branded vending machine concept and prototyping packaging ideas that made donated items feel more intentional, accessible, and user friendly. I contributed to developing concepts that better communicated the mission, supported distribution efforts, and elevated the overall user experience for families in need.

10-week project focused on improving onboarding and loan management for small business users

Worked as part of a 9-person team to redesign the onboarding and loan management experience.

Conducted moderated usability testing using Maze, A/B sorting, and in-person sessions to determine the most intuitive design solutions.

Designed finance-focused dashboards to help users manage loans, taxes, and general financial tasks effectively.

Performed a diary study analyzing competing financial apps to gather insights on user behavior and industry standards.

Interviewed finance and tax professionals to understand best practices and the unique challenges faced by small business owners.
