MicroMentor is an online business mentoring platform that connects Verizon Small Business Digital Ready entrepreneurs to volunteer business mentors.

The American Legion was chartered and incorporated by Congress in 1919 as a patriotic veterans organization devoted to mutual helpfulness. It is the nation’s largest wartime veterans service organization, committed to mentoring youth and sponsorship of wholesome programs in our communities, advocating patriotism and honor, promoting strong national security, and continued devotion to our fellow service members and veterans.

By raising funds through Marathon running, Team Fisher House (teamfisherhouse.org ) supports The Fisher House™ program.  It is a unique private-public partnership that supports America's military in their time of need. 

The program recognizes the special sacrifices of our men and women in uniform and the hardships of military service by meeting a humanitarian need beyond that normally provided by the Departments of Defense and Veterans Affairs.

Founded in 2010, Team Red, White and Blue chapters and communities deliver consistent, local opportunities for veterans and the community to connect through physical and social activity. They host weekly fitness activities, monthly social events, and participate in local races and events together. These programs are at the core of Team RWB’s mission. Provided career branding and interviewing advice to Senior Officers and Senior Non-Commissioned Officers of the U.S. Armed Forces transitioning into the civilian workforce.     

Managed the program planning and execution for Cub Scout Pack 940 in West Chester, Ohio.  Program focus is centered around core values of scouting, such as Physical Fitness, Citizenship, Compassion and Faith.  

Past service projects include:
- shipping letters and care packages to service members overseas
- laying mulch at Union Elementary in Lakota School District
- planting flags on veterans graves during Memorial Day weekend       

7th Grade Boys Recreational Basketball through the Cincinnati Area Youth Basketball League. 

Veterati is a digital platform for veterans to access mentorship-on-demand from successful professionals across the nation. 
- Conducted over 150 Mentoring Hours on the Platform

●	Set back-to-back all-time monthly revenue records for the Cincinnati practice – April & May 2022.
●	Set a six-figure all-time monthly high for personal production in the 4th month of production ( July 
         2021 ).       
●	Currently the 1st Place practice for revenue 2022 YTD among a 6-office district.
●	2022 Current Revenue already 27% over all of 2021 Revenue.

The resource-based consulting practice of Robert Half International specializes in senior-level project professionals in finance, accounting & audit, systems, and business process improvement.
●	Increased year-over-year revenue growth in 2009 by 9% in a recession economy.
●	Grew gross margin by 16.5% for 2009 over 2008. 
●	Sold accounting and finance solutions in a project and senior staff augmentation basis.      
●	Exceeded 52-week billable hour highs 3 times.
