I handled the branding, website and booking experience for a one-person car-detailing business. After researching existing options, I adapted a booking system designed for larger companies to fit a solo operator’s workflow. I automated the booking and email flows and designed the customer emails to match the brand. I also added a CMS so the owner could manage content, galleries and photos. The project covered research, visual identity, interface design, development, workflow automation and the tools needed to run the website after delivery. https://ddetailing.co.uk

NOCTVM

I designed and built NOCTVM, a nightlife-discovery web product using Next.js and Supabase, with authentication and an interactive map. My work includes building and testing the ticketing platform, Stripe Connect integration and organiser onboarding flow. I researched competing products to identify friction and inform the experience I was building. I work across research, interface decisions, implementation and testing using an AI-assisted development workflow. The product continues to evolve. https://noctvm.app
