The WhatsApp storefront for Kenyan shops: customers order and pay by M-Pesa without leaving the chat
Nairobi, Kenya
dukabot.app
Kenyan shops already take orders on WhatsApp. Getting paid is the hard part: send a Till number, wait for a screenshot, match the M-Pesa SMS to the right order, reconcile by hand at night.
DukaBot closes that gap. A merchant picks a shop code and shares one link. The customer browses the catalog inside WhatsApp, picks what they want and gets an M-Pesa STK Push. They enter their PIN, the money lands in the shop's wallet, and the order arrives with payment confirmed. No Till, no Paybill, no Safaricom developer account.
Around that core: a dashboard for catalog, orders, reconciliation and revenue in KES; M-Pesa and card checkout via IntaSend; cash-out to the merchant's own M-Pesa; delivery with live rider tracking. Shops share one WhatsApp number, each with its own code, so a merchant is live in minutes.
