DukaBot is a WhatsApp commerce platform for Kenyan merchants. Customers browse a catalog, place orders and pay with M-Pesa STK Push without leaving the WhatsApp chat. Merchants run the shop from a web dashboard: catalog, orders, M-Pesa reconciliation, revenue in KES, and delivery with live rider tracking.Payments run through IntaSend, so a merchant needs no Till, Paybill or Daraja integration. Each business gets its own wallet and cashes out to M-Pesa from the dashboard.Plans: Free (no subscription, unlimited orders), Starter KSh 3,750/mo, Growth KSh 6,400/mo, Scale custom.
