Blogs<ul><li>Write use case blogs, tutorials, and how to guides.</li><li>Manage the content calendar along with the technical team.</li><li>Work with the growth team to distribute the content.</li><li>Understand the customer pain points and write content on that.</li><li>Work with external developers who are interested to write on Dyte.</li><li>Write migration guides.
</li></ul>Developer Relations<ul><li>Do friction logs every month with the help of external developers.</li><li>Tie up with the events and communities, and get their events hosted on Dyte.</li><li>Create release videos.</li><li>Increase the number of Dyte engineers participating in conferences as speakers.</li><li>Own Dyte’s Discord community.</li><li>Promote and incentivise the Dyte community to write guest blogs.</li><li>Share the feedback from the community with the internal teams.</li><li>Answer all queries across the board - Stack overflow, Intercom, and Discord.</li></ul>Create an ambassador program and create champions of the product.
Requirements<ul><li>You should have 2+ years of experience in web development, coding, developer education, and technical writing.</li><li>You should have experience writing sample apps and demos in two or more languages - Javascript, React, Node, or Express</li><li>You should have experience working with cross-functional teams (growth, engineering, sales, and customer success)</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the capability to teach others what you learn.</li><li>You should have the willingness to fail forward, learn, unlearn, and grow.</li><li>It’s a plus if you have a personal blog.</li><li>It’s a plus if you have run a developer community previously.</li><li>It’s a plus if you have an active online presence within a few developer communities.</li><li>It’s a plus if you are an active contributor to open source projects, standardization working groups, or tech communities.</li></ul>Perks<ul><li>ESOPs</li><li>Medical Insurances</li><li>Friendly leaves policy</li><li>100% Remote Option</li><li>Books Allowances</li><li>Offsites &amp; Workations and many more
