Project Manager – Cybersecurity (PM + BA)Role OverviewAt ENH iSecure, you will work with leading-edge technologies, solving complex IT and business challenges.You will act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for clients and senior management, while leading the successful implementation of cybersecurity technology solutions aligned to business requirements.This role combines Project Management and Business Analysis responsibilities, specifically for cybersecurity projects (product neutral environment).Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead Project Management and Business Analysis for all cybersecurity projects.</li><li>Own project initiation, AS-IS / TO-BE documentation, and complete requirement analysis.</li><li>Coordinate with technology teams for design, development, infrastructure deployment, testing, and production go-live.</li><li>Mandatory client engagement and stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle.</li><li>Act as liaison between clients and developers, ensuring business and technical requirements are identified, validated, and traceable.</li><li>Ensure adherence to OEM recommended best practices.</li><li>Facilitate Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions with clients and technical teams.</li><li>Capture and report project metrics, risks, issues, and actions to stakeholders.</li><li>Optimize milestone management (Fixed Bid), resource utilization (T&amp;M), and support project efficiency.</li><li>Coordinate with internal finance to ensure accurate and timely billing.</li><li>Build strong working relationships with project teams, business leads, and clients.</li><li>Participate actively in all SDLC phases — planning, execution, communication, and post-project activities.</li><li>Conduct periodic SWOT analysis, proactive risk identification, and mitigation planning.</li><li>Prepare project documentation and presentations using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and related tools.</li></ul>Core Role Expectations<ul><li>Strong Business Analysis capability.</li><li>Good experience in combined PM + BA activities.</li><li>Comprehensive understanding of all SDLC phases.</li><li>Understanding of enterprise software and organizational process alignment.</li><li>Experience in software delivery management.</li><li>Experience working with international/global customers.</li><li>Experience managing technical teams (as reporting manager).</li><li>Strong stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, MS Project, and other productivity tools.</li><li>Identity and Access Management (IAM) domain exposure.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Educational Requirements<ul><li>MBA in IT Business Management (ITBM) or MBA IT Systems only (Mandatory).<ul><li>MBA HR / Marketing / Finance candidates are not eligible.</li></ul></li><li>Engineering graduate from ECE / EEE / IT / CSE only.</li></ul>Additional Requirements:<ul><li>Male candidate only</li><li>Entire graduation from English medium</li><li>Clean shave and business formals (Grooming Policy)</li><li>Work from Office only</li></ul>Skills &amp; Qualifications<h3>Must Have</h3><ul><li>Strong understanding of software systems enabling functional and technical requirements.</li><li>Solid experience in cybersecurity project environments.</li></ul><h3>Good to Have</h3><ul><li>Prior experience handling cybersecurity projects.</li><li>Understanding of COBIT standards.</li></ul>CertificationsPreferred (any one):<ul><li>PMP</li><li>CISA</li><li>CISM</li></ul></li></ul>
