We are seeking a skilled Blockchain Developer to lead the development of a innovative blockchain-based real estate platform. The ideal candidate will have experience in blockchain technology, smart contract development, and real estate industry processes to create a secure, transparent, and decentralized platform for property transactions and management.Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and implement blockchain solutions for real estate transactions, including property listing, ownership transfer, and leasing.- Develop and deploy smart contracts on Ethereum, Hyperledger, or other blockchain platforms.- Design, develop, and deploy smart contracts using Solidity, Rust, or similar languages.- Integrate blockchain solutions with existing web and mobile applications.- Ensure the security, scalability, and performance of the blockchain network.- Conduct code reviews and testing to ensure quality and compliance with best practices.Qualifications:- Proven experience in blockchain development, smart contract programming (Solidity, Rust, etc.).- Strong understanding of blockchain protocols, consensus mechanisms, and cryptography.- Experience with decentralized applications (DApps) and blockchain frameworks.- Expertise in front-end development with React.js or similar frameworks.- Knowledge of real estate industry workflows, legal considerations, and regulatory compliance.- Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript or Python.- Familiarity with cloud services, databases, and API integrations.- Good problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.Preferred Skills:- Experience with NFT/tokenization of real estate assets.
