At its core, Procol focuses on integrating digital solutions to transform traditional procurement methods, making them more accessible, efficient, and cost-effective.Role Overview: As a Marketing visual designer at Procol, you will be responsible for designing the marketing collateral, website and various solutions to empower both marketing and sales teams. You will be working closely with the marketing team, founders, and product team to make sure that the brand experience is consistent across various marketing and sales channels.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Design and maintain the company’s website ensuring a seamless user experience.</li><li>Collaborate with the tech teams to implement new features and functionalities within the website.</li><li>Optimise the website for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring it is visually appealing and on-brand.</li><li>Design compelling case studies showcasing our products and services.</li><li>Collaborate with sales and client teams to gather relevant information and insights, ensuring all case studies are aligned with brand messaging and standards.</li><li>Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement across all platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram).</li><li>Create and curate designs that resonate with our target audience, monitoring, analysing, and reporting on social media performance metrics.</li><li>Design high-quality eBooks and brochures to support marketing campaigns and sales efforts.</li><li>Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance, maintaining a consistent look and feel that adheres to brand guidelines.</li><li>Establish and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing materials and communications</li><li>Design and produce brand assets, including logos, colour schemes, typography, and other visual elements.</li><li>Train and support internal teams on the use of brand guidelines.</li><li>Create marketing videos for various different marketing campaigns</li></ul>About You:<ul><li>You are super curious and excited about how things work under the hood.</li><li>You're comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>You have a solution mindset and are not just a pixel mover.</li><li>Be able to communicate your thoughts effectively by writing and prototyping.</li><li>Know the basics of design tools such as Figma, Framer, Adobe After Effects etc.</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field</li><li>Proven experience in digital marketing, web page design, and social media management.</li><li>Strong editing skills, with the ability to create compelling content.</li><li>Excellent organisational and project management skills.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design.</li></ul>Benefits &amp; Culture: At Procol, we believe our employees are our greatest asset.
