UI/UX Designer

Role Overview We are looking for a UI/UX Designer with strong skills in user experience and interface design. You will create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces while ensuring that designs align with business goals. The role requires a proven track record of delivering impactful designs, proficiency in Figma or similar tools, and the ability to collaborate across teams. Key Responsibilities

1. User Experience Design: Craft intuitive and engaging user experiences that enhance customer satisfaction and usability.

2. Prototyping & Wireframing: Develop user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to conceptualize and test design ideas.

3. Visual Design: Create appealing and cohesive UI designs aligned with Tealfeed’s brand identity.

4. Design System Management: Maintain and improve UI patterns and design systems for a consistent user experience across all platforms.

5. User-Centered Approach: Use customer feedback, analytics, and market trends to inform and improve designs.

6. Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to bring designs to life.

7. Simplification: Transform complex workflows into simple and elegant designs.

8. Iteration: Continuously improve designs based on user feedback and data insights.

9. Landing Pages: Design high-converting and visually appealing landing pages for internal and external initiatives.

Other Responsibilities

1. Sprint Management: Support sprint activities and ensure timely delivery of design tasks.

2. Collaboration: Work with marketing, operations, and product teams to support departmental goals.

3. Upskilling: Continuously learn new tools and improve expertise in design and related functions.

4. Adaptability: Stay proactive and ready to tackle challenges beyond your immediate role.

Qualifications

1. Experience: 1+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a focus on user-centric solutions.

2. Portfolio: Detailed examples of designs you’ve created and implemented, showcasing user and business impact.

3. Design Tools: Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or similar, with experience designing for web and mobile platforms.

4. Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of frontend and backend development for smooth collaboration with engineers.

5. Analytical Skills: Ability to use data insights to drive design decisions.

6. Attention to Detail: Strong focus on usability and precision in designs.

7. Teamwork: Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively.
