About this Opportunity

Role Summary

We are hiring a Web3 Developer to build the foundational blockchain integration infrastructure for the TechHavenLabs platform. This is a critical early-stage engineering role. You will be responsible for implementing the wallet architecture, transaction flows, deployed-contract integrations, and on-chain application layer. You will work closely with Full-Stack and Frontend developers to introduce production-ready Web3 functionality into an existing Next.js platform.

Responsibilities

  • →Replace direct window.ethereum integrations with a structured wallet layer using wagmi and viem

  • →Implement wallet connection, disconnection, account switching, and network switching

  • →Handle missing wallets, rejected requests, incorrect networks, RPC failures, reverted transactions, and transaction timeouts

  • →Build reusable hooks and components for wallet state, contract reads, contract writes, and transaction tracking

  • →Complete the platform's token-purchase experience end to end — connect wallet, select network, review transaction, submit, track states, display result

  • →Read token balances directly from deployed contracts and replace hardcoded values with on-chain data

  • →Implement gas estimation and user-friendly transaction status displays

  • →Connect blockchain transactions with the platform's backend APIs where off-chain records are required

  • →Coordinate with the Full-Stack Developer on transaction history, notifications, and database persistence

  • →Coordinate with the Frontend Developer to connect wallet and contract functionality to production interfaces

  • →Prepare reusable integration patterns for digital payments, NFT minting, marketplace transactions, auctions, token rewards, staking, and blockchain-backed verification

  • →Define consistent project patterns for contract hooks, wallet state, transaction lifecycle, error handling, and network configuration

  • →Keep private keys, RPC credentials, and sensitive configuration outside the source code

  • →Write clear, maintainable, strongly typed TypeScript code

  • →Document contract interfaces, deployed addresses, supported networks, and integration decisions

  • →Participate in code reviews and technical architecture discussions

Required Skills

  • →Strong professional experience with Web3 or blockchain application development

  • →Strong knowledge of Ethereum-compatible networks and smart-contract integration

  • →Experience integrating ERC-20 and token-sale contracts into user-facing applications

  • →Experience configuring EVM networks, RPC endpoints, contract addresses, and ABIs

  • →Experience integrating wallets such as MetaMask into web applications

  • →Practical experience with wagmi and viem, or equivalent modern Ethereum libraries

  • →Strong TypeScript and JavaScript skills

  • →Experience with React and Next.js

  • →Understanding of contract reads, writes, transaction receipts, event logs, gas estimation, and network configuration

  • →Understanding of wallet account changes and chain changes

  • →Ability to design reusable blockchain integration layers

  • →Understanding of common wallet, transaction, and smart-contract integration risks

  • →Experience writing unit and integration tests

  • →Ability to explain technical decisions clearly and work effectively in a distributed team

  • →At least one prior project involving blockchain integration (wallet connection, contract reads/writes, transaction tracking, or token integration)

Preferred Skills

  • →Experience integrating token-sale or token-distribution contracts

  • →Familiarity with ERC-20 and other relevant EVM contract standards

  • →Experience with blockchain event indexing or event-driven application architecture

  • →Experience integrating blockchain transactions with backend APIs and databases

  • →Familiarity with Prisma, PostgreSQL, SQLite, or similar database technologies

  • →Experience with Socket.IO, WebSockets, or real-time notification systems

  • →Experience supporting testnet or production contract integrations

  • →Familiarity with upgradeable contracts, multisignature administration, and contract-pause states from an integration perspective

  • →Previous work involving NFTs, marketplaces, staking, vesting, or DeFi protocols

  • →Experience working with Electron applications

What We Evaluate

  • →Wallet integration quality

  • →Smart-contract integration ability

  • →Transaction-flow understanding

  • →Code quality and TypeScript usage

  • →Security awareness

  • →Problem-solving approach

  • →Communication

Application Requirements

  • →Resume or CV

  • →LinkedIn profile

  • →GitHub or GitLab profile

  • →Portfolio or relevant Web3 or blockchain project links

  • →Short explanation of your contribution to each referenced project

  • →Details of deployed smart contracts you personally integrated into web applications

  • →Current location and time zone

  • →Availability and preferred work type (full-time, part-time, or long-term contract)

  • →Compensation expectations
