I am working as a HR Manager at Webnyay.ai which provides an end-to-end solution to resolve grievances and disputes.

We are looking to recruit a full-time UI/UX designer at <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" class="text-green-text rich-link break-all link-break" href="http://Webnyay.ai">Webnyay.ai</a>. We expect you will own the solutions you are working on to drive innovations.Responsibilities• Designing and delivering wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.• Translating business requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns and attractive user interfaces. • Incorporating customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into the design to enhance user experience. • Designing UI elements such as input controls, navigational components, and informational components.• Utilizing principle-based interaction design to generate and refine core concepts, interactions, and information design. • Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems (e.g., responsiveness).Requirements• At least one year of experience in UI/UX Design.• Expertise in standard UX software such as Adobe XD, Figma and the like is a must.• Working knowledge of information architecture, storyboarding, wireframing, and creating design specifications and guidelines.• Excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to articulate ideas effectively.• Ability to work with customers to understand detailed requirements, and design complete user experiences that meet customer needs and vision.• Ability to work in an agile environment, with multiple priorities and rapid iterations, creating multiple design solutions.What’s in it For You?At Webnyay, our people are our greatest assets.
