Job Role & Responsibilities:

As a Mid-Level Webflow Developer at Webyansh, you will:

1. Develop & Build Websites:

   • Design and develop fully responsive, pixel-perfect websites using Webflow.

   • Implement advanced Webflow interactions and animations to enhance user experience.

2. Content Management:

   • Build and manage complex CMS collections in Webflow to organize dynamic content efficiently.

3. API Development & Integrations:

   • Develop and integrate APIs to enable seamless functionality and automation.

   • Work on third-party integrations with tools like Zoho, Salesforce, Monday, PayPal, and more.

4. Advanced Coding:

   • Utilize advanced JavaScript, jQuery, and CSS to create custom functionalities that go beyond Webflow’s native capabilities.

   • Troubleshoot and optimize code for maximum speed and scalability.

5. Finsweet Tools:

   • Use Finsweet Client First Design System to build consistent, scalable Webflow structures.

   • Leverage Finsweet Attributes for advanced filtering, searching, and functionality within Webflow projects.

6. Migration Projects:

   • Migrate websites from platforms like WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, and Shopify to Webflow while maintaining design integrity and functionality.

7. Collaboration & Communication:

   • Collaborate with designers (working in Figma) to translate mockups into Webflow projects.

   • Work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.

Skills & Qualifications:

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Webflow development, interactions, and animations.

• Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (advanced level).

• Experience with Webflow CMS and API integrations.

• Hands-on experience with Finsweet Client First Design System and Finsweet Attributes.

• Ability to migrate websites from WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, or Shopify to Webflow.

• Familiarity with tools like Figma for design collaboration.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of SEO best practices for Webflow projects.

• Experience with web performance optimization and debugging.

• Understanding of accessibility guidelines (WCAG compliance).

• Familiarity with automation tools like Make and Zapier.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
