Lead MasterIT, a four-month internal teaching program, from definition through execution.
Lead a continuous-improvement initiative to standardize requirements analysis in ClickUp, from planning and build through validation and team adoption.
Support pre-sales and consulting with discovery calls, technical proposals and audits for new client opportunities.
Share practices across the company through workshops and talks on Spec-Driven Development, AI agents (OpenClaw), and the skills DevOps engineers need in the AI era.

Cybersecurity SaaS: build features in a TypeScript and Python monorepo on AWS. Work includes rolling partner and multi-tenant alerts up to a parent account, integrations with third-party security tools, and Microsoft Teams notifications through AWS Chatbot, defined in CDK.
Release health: fixed CI/CD failures in AWS CodePipeline and CDK, and coordinate production deployments across 25+ service pipelines.
Improve frontend performance, accessibility and UX consistency across devices, using React and TypeScript.
