* Implemented Deep Learning model for identifying faces in an image and categorizing them as masked/unmasked.
* CNN based Transfer Learning with pre-trained ResNet-18 network used for model building.
* Training and Test accuracy of the model was recorded to be 98% and 97% respectively.

Summer Internship

Frontend Web Developer

* Led the Flexifly project, integrating a Data Science-driven Quick-Quotes flow, contributing to a total of 48 crore quick-quotes generated per day. Scaled to 4x the initial load using Golang’s concurrency feature, reducing latency significantly under identical conditions.

* Optimized Insurance Quick-Quotes API’s performance by by identifying and addressing bottlenecks from CPU and memory profiles, resulting in a 30% reduction in CPU usage and a 35% decrease in p99 latency. This allowed for downsizing server containers, saving around $3000 annually in infrastructure costs.

* Executed the Air Migration Project, successfully transitioning the complete inventory and business logic for Insurance to the TripMoney platform now servicing a substantial customer base.

* Implemented an automated booking push to specialized Postsales system, effectively reducing the processing time for customer cancellations orders from one week to same-day turnaround.
