Asset management system is a web based system which is created to keep inventory and track of placed orders from different vendors. This system also helps in keeping records of which product is assign to a particular employee, its quantity and other useful details. Asset Management system is created as a module of Finance Management System to keep in record of all the details of assigning the items to employees etc.

With the objective of building better urban future, All India Institute of Local Self Government (AIILSG) in coordination with UCLG ASPAC, is organized the 5th South Asian Cities Summit where city mayors along with senior officials from municipal corporations from around the world can share their knowledge and learn from the experiences of each other and contribute their bit in achieving Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and join hands together to build a better urban future for coming generations. Primary Responsibility: Planning, optimizing and managing content posted on various social media handles. Worked closely with Designers and Editors to finalize and publish pamphlets and other print items for events. Running and optimizing Ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn. Managing the event from planning to execution phase which include planning social media outreach campaigns, handling social media posting, partnership management and media management. Developing new website for event and doing on-page SEO for optimisation. Worked to manage event operations including inviting, facilitating, communication with Mayor's, Commissioner, Govt. officials and various international delegation.

South Asian Cities Summit - Asia's Largest Ga

Urban Dialogues, a roundtable series, is an initiative by the All India Institute of Local Self-Government (AIILSG). The aim is to set the next-gen urban agenda. Each conference focuses on a specific urban issue. The conference brings together academicians, policymakers, urban planners, business leaders, representatives of civil society organisations and other intelligentsia from urban sector to find sustainable solutions for the problems cities face today. We submit a report, based on expert comments and outcomes of the conference, to the Urban Development Ministry, state governments, municipal corporations and media. Urban Update magazine publishes a special feature covering the issues discussed in Urban Dialogues series. The outcome of the sessions intends to anchor a public discourse on creating aspirational city life for all citizenship. The end objective behind bringing all these experts under one roof is to facilitate brainstorming on the opportunities, challenges and scope for developing a truly livable and inclusive city infrastructure, encompassing the current situations pertaining to policy guidelines, regulatory norms, implementation challenges, etc. Primary Responsibility: Planning, optimizing and managing content posted on various social media handles. Saghan Abhikalaka is a concept and a vision to create a new breed of Office Computers/Laptop which are more compact yet more innovated, this concept was created to solve the problem of E-Waste and growing population needs. This concept compromises of creation of a device which is a hybrid of a projector and a desktop computer that will be able to project monitor screen, keyboard and mouse from a small device that do possess the features and functionalities of an actual desktop computer.
