I founded OnSkillDemand after seeing hiring decisions fragmented across CV folders, spreadsheets, interview notes, and disconnected ATS workflows. The product began with one question: how can AI reduce repetitive work without becoming an opaque decision-maker?
As Founder and Solution Architect, I lead product strategy, architecture, and delivery. I designed the vacancy-centered domain model, structured interview and evaluation workflows, and human-in-control AI approach. I oversee UX, backend and API design, mobile development, security, deployment, and releases across iOS, Android, and web.
OnSkillDemand is built with Kotlin Multiplatform, Compose Multiplatform, Ktor, and PostgreSQL. We have released the iOS and Android apps and are completing the web experience.
My central lesson: trustworthy hiring AI should make teams faster and more consistent while keeping context, evidence, and every final decision in human hands.
