My work included:
◦ Contributed significantly to the Live Dashboard project using MERN stack, managing battery metrics for real-time data access, customizable charts, and insights.
◦ Designed and developed the AlertFlow Orchestration Platform using the ReactFlow library, enabling intuitive drag-and-drop functionality for creating custom alert resolution workflows. Implemented decision and action nodes to automate processes such as diagnosing battery location or network issues and taking appropriate actions, enhancing operational efficiency and response time.

Backgrounds Microservice: Focus on AI-driven media transformations, revamping its architecture and onboarding experience to enhance user experience and backend efficiency. This includes product POC, technical integration design, and coordination with AI, product, and creative teams.

Spyne Studio: Responsible for the development and maintenance of this desktop application built with Electron and React.js for quality assurance of Spyne Assured Media. I work on various flows like QC, manual editing, and editing tools development in collaboration with AI & Editing teams. It handles over 1.25 lakh+ media daily. Also, actively managed and resolved any technical issues arising during usage, providing real-time support to ensure seamless operations.
