RunFirst turns screen time into a reason to move. The apps you pick lock each morning through Apple's Screen Time. Walk or run, tracked by GPS or your Apple Watch, and every km earns 15 minutes. Unused minutes expire at midnight, so there's no banking them for a weekend binge.Built for beginners: Day 1 is a 10 minute walk, and the plan grows a little each week, up to your first 5K by Day 90. Rest days keep your streak safe. Also inside: Fight mode (a one hour km race where the winner's km count double), a weekly leaderboard, a 15 second Run Reel of every walk, and widgets with your streak.Native iPhone app, SwiftUI, iOS 17+. Free 7 day trial.
