Apex One is a home workout coach that runs in your phone's browser. Prop your phone up, press start, and the camera tracks the joints that matter for each exercise. Every rep is counted out loud, and only full-range reps count. Every rep gets a form score out of 100. When the same mistake repeats, a voice coach gives a short tip such as "lower a little farther" or "keep your upper arm still".It tracks 10 exercises: squat, bicep curl, push-up, lunge, deadlift, bent-over row, overhead press, sit-up, jumping jack and knee lifts. Streaks, weekly goals, personal-best celebrations and shareable workout cards keep you coming back.Apex One+ also includes recovery coaching for between physio sessions, not medical advice.Privacy: pose tracking runs on your device and training video is never uploaded.Try the free squat counter at apexfitness.io/try-rep-counter, no sign-up. Built in Calgary. Works globally.
