Dora is an agentic client portal with an AI account manager built in. It's made for agencies, studios and freelancers who spend too much of their week on the back-and-forth with clients instead of the actual work.
Why we built it
We run a brand and web studio. Client requests came in over email, Slack, texts and the odd voice note, and almost none had enough detail to start. We spent more time chasing clients for answers and sign-off than doing the work. So we built Dora for ourselves. It made our weeks noticeably calmer, so we put it out.
How it works
1. Clients send a request the way they already do, including by email.2. Dora turns it into a clear brief and asks the client for anything that's missing.3. The request goes to the right person on your team.4. When the work is ready, the client approves it in one click. Quiet clients get a friendly nudge.
Features

AI account manager: briefs requests, answers clients, nudges the quiet ones and keeps work in order

Branded client portal: a private portal for every client, with no passwords to remember

Requests by email: clients email a request and Dora turns it into a brief, with attachments and questions

One-click approvals: hand work over properly and get it signed off, even from quiet clients

Brand library: logos, guidelines and docs for every client, sorted and always the latest

Weekly summaries: what was delivered and what's waiting, sent to clients and your team automatically

Ask Dora: ask anything about your clients and requests, and get answers from your own data. Dora suggests actions and nothing changes until you click Apply.

Works with Claude and ChatGPT: connect your own AI agents so they can create requests and pick up work

Who it's for
Design, branding, web, marketing and content teams, and anyone who does work for clients and wants fewer vague requests, less chasing and one place where every client request lives.
Pricing
Your first client is free. Every client after that is $10 a month. No seats, no tiers.Try it at dora.workI'm also building Dora in public on X: @edabazi
