Energia AI is an AI control platform for commercial HVAC. It connects to existing building automation systems over open protocols such as BACnet, Modbus and LonWorks, learns how a building responds to weather, occupancy and setpoint changes, and uses that model to make better HVAC control decisions that balance energy use and occupant comfort.Alongside control, the platform covers energy tracking, carbon emissions tracking and reporting, AI cost allocation for tenant billing, and an assistant trained on the building's own data for maintenance insights and energy planning.Energia AI is built for commercial building owners, operators and facility teams who want their existing systems to run smarter without replacing them.
