Mi trabajo se movía entre los siguientes roles: Host del museo/Guía del museo/Parte del staff en inauguraciones  de las exhibiciones. Como host del museo mis tareas consistían en informar a la gente de la exhibición de ese periodo, cobrar los boletos de la entrada y mantener informado a seguridad de cualquier inconveniente. Las tareas de guía consistían en mantener informado a cualquier interesado que quisiera saber más de cualquier obra que se estuviera exhibiendo en ese momento, futuras exhibiciones, así como orientación del motivo del artista en la exhibición. Por último yo era parte del equipo de staff para realizar las inauguraciones, que se encargaba de informar y mantener el orden en la exhibición de las obras, así como responder a cualquier necesidad dentro de las exhibiciones.

• Developed the Growth Marketing strategy. Optimized Onboarding and activation rates to ~55%, and ~30% respectively.
• Improved the value propositions for the website, raising the conversion rate by ~44%
• Created Meta (FB/Instagram) ad campaigns, increasing the acquisition by 2x and reducing the CAC to 1/4 of the LTV for the LATAM Tourism market.
• Got $5,000 in sponsorships for a Latin America Tourism Summit using a cold email marketing campaign.
• Support in the launch and operation of the Latin American Community Tourism Summit.

Sabius is a marketplace that connects expert seniors(+60 plus years old) with students. In areas like art, music, languages, business, etc.

• Built the Inbound Marketing acquisition strategy on the market side of the seniors. Optimized Facebook campaigns acquiring +800 leads for less than 0.13 USD each.
• Built an outbound strategy to recruit expert seniors with the best teaching skills. We created partnerships with Chilean and Mexican Universities, and with Jalisco, México State.
• Developed financial projections and budgets, monitored the runway, and led the funding search. We managed to get 60k USD in capital without delivering equity.
