Accomplishr is a B2C marketplace connecting experts, coaches, and mentors with members through paid consultations and learning sessions — a multi-sided product with the usual hard parts: multiple roles, booking, and money moving between platform and providers.
I joined early to help turn a buggy, confusing product into something users could rely on. I took ownership of the backlog, rewrote dozens of unclear or broken user stories, and worked with engineering and design to simplify flows and prioritize what mattered most. In the first ~6 months we shipped usability improvements across core flows and addressed the most-reported friction; over time I helped shape a more focused roadmap and improve release consistency.
What I owned:
➧ BookNow — the flow for booking and paying for a single session. Payment was   inside that scope: roles, session booking, commission split, and payouts via Stripe.
➧ Build vs buy. I made the case to replace our buggy in-house video calls with the Zoom SDK. My

Juriba builds an enterprise digital-workplace platform used by large organizations and financial institutions to migrate and modernize their IT estates at scale — high-stakes environments where getting the data right is the point.
