About Harmony Budget
Saving for your first home in Canada shouldn't feel like guesswork. Harmony turns "we should really save more" into an actual plan — with a real number, a real date, and a system that keeps going after month three.

BUILD YOUR PLAN IN 2 MINUTES: Answer a few questions about the home you want and what you can put aside each month. Harmony works out your target down payment, what you'll need to get there, and when you'll arrive. No spreadsheets.

SEE YOUR PROGRESS AT A GLANCE: One screen shows what matters: down payment saved, how much is left, and your time to goal. Every contribution moves the number.

YOUR FHSA ROOM, WORKED OUT FOR YOU: The First Home Savings Account is the best tool most first-time buyers don't fully understand. Harmony tracks your contribution room, carries forward what you didn't use, and warns you before you go over.

WILLPOWER IS A BAD SAVINGS PLAN: Set up a monthly transfer at your bank, confirm the amount in Harmony, and every month gets logged toward your goal automatically. You don't have to remember anything.

ASK PENNY ANYTHING: Penny is an in-app AI money coach who knows your plan. "How much FHSA room do I have?" "FHSA vs TFSA vs RRSP?" "Renting vs buying?" Ask in plain language, get an answer that reflects your actual numbers.

BUILT TO STICK: Most savings plans die quietly in month three. Harmony sends milestone nudges as you hit 50%, 90%, and the finish line — plus short lessons on using the FHSA to buy your first home.

What Harmony Doesn't DoHarmony never moves your money. We don't connect to your bank account and we can't make transfers. You set up the transfer yourself; Harmony tracks it. Your plan lives in your account and nothing is shared. Harmony is an informational tool, not financial, legal, or tax advice. Figures are estimates — confirm anything important with the CRA, your lender, or a qualified professional.Questions? support@harmonybudget.comTerms: https://harmonybudget.com/termsPrivacy: https://harmonybudget.com/privacy
