Lucency is my one-person product studio. I come up with the ideas, design the products, test them, and launch them. The code is written by AI tools I direct, mainly Claude Code and Codex.
Since June 2026 I’ve shipped about ten products, including:
Loupe, an accessibility checker that explains every issue in plain English
Lifeboat, Fermentory, and Dram, Chrome extensions
Reddý, a practice app for the Icelandic driving test
FuelFeed, a launch site where makers climb the boards by giving each other real feedback
What I’ve learned: building is the fast part now. Getting a product in front of the right people is the hard part, and honest feedback early on saves more time than anything else. FuelFeed came straight out of that lesson.
